• pH 7 calibration

• Shake, Rinse, Blot

• pH 4 calibration

• Shake, Rinse, Blot

• pH 10 calibration

Hypothesis A

• Fresh buffers

• Check Calibration

• pH 4.0 -> (variable) -> pH 10.0 -> (SRB) (shake,rinse,blot)

  • Shake, Rinse (twice)
  • Shake only (twice)
