Your application will be considered after you have submitted a complete application through the Graduate College website and the review committee has formally begun the review process:
- Early February for Fall Semester applications
- Early October for Spring Semester applications
Incomplete applications--those without GRE and/or TOEFL/IELTS exam scores, letters of recommendation, statement of research interests, resume or curriculum vitae, and all transcripts and/or diploma certificates--will not be reviewed and will be automatically denied at the end of the specified review period, approximately April 30 for Fall Semester admission and October 30 for Spring Semester admission.
If your application is incomplete and you wish to update* to a future semester, please contact the appropriate advisor so that your application will not be automatically denied at the end of the review process:
- Hydrology Majors: HWR academic advisor or 520-621-3131
- Hydrometeorology Majors: HYM academic advisor or 520-621-6831
*The Graduate College permits one free change of matriculation date (i.e. change in the semester and year you intend to begin study at the University of Arizona). Each change made thereafter will incur an additional application fee.
