You would like to designate another person to submit a letter on your behalf.  The department can re-set this information in your Graduate College application for you.

Your Referee (or Recommender) is late in submitting a letter to the electronic application system and wishes to submit the letter in another format (e.g. attachment in an email message, fax a hard copy to the department, express mail a hard copy to the department).
