How do I submit transcripts of course work?

For the Application Review Process:

You may upload scanned photocopies of official transcripts to your Graduate College application.  Please include a copy of the grading key or grading scale (usually found on the back of your transcript or on a separate page).  Scanned transcripts will be accepted for the departmental review process.

For Formal Admission Process:

When the department is ready to submit a formal recommendation for admission to the Graduate College, you will be required to mail official hard copy transcripts for all universities and colleges you have attended directly to the department.  For most U.S. (domestic) universities and colleges, the diploma or degree granted is listed directly on the official transcript.  International students will be required to submit original language and official English translations for both transcripts* and diploma certificates.

Official transcripts and/or diploma certificates should be mailed directly to the appropriate department at one of the addresses listed below.

Do not mail official transcripts to the Graduate College.
