My presentation will be divided up into five parts:

 

1)      Sustainable water management in the Europ= ean Union: a paradox?

2)      Concepts and operational principles of sustainable water management in international cooperation=

3)      Example 1: sustainable water management i= n Bukhara, Uzbekistan:  the role of geography and history = in approaching the problems

4)      Example 2: the role of the European Union= in the Middle Eastern multilateral environmental negotiations to promote dialo= gue and communication

5)      Conclusions

 

My presentation will based on my work in the domain of water protect= ion and management for the European Commission, the executive body of the Europ= ean Union, in Brussels, the Middle East and Central Asia.
