A College of Science Staff Advisory Council (CoSSAC) Star Award November 2011 was made to Erma Santander, HWR Administrative Associate, who has "performed her job duties above and beyond what is normally expected, improved efficiency in the workplace, and demonstrated, through attitude and actions, a willingness to help others and work as a team."
